Founder
Jennifer Romm Lattimer is the founder and principal designer of Spotswood Studio, a Virginia-based interior design firm known for creating refined, layered interiors rooted in tradition and tailored to modern living.
Jennifer brings a multidisciplinary professional background to her work with her degree in political science, having spent several years working in the legal field, supporting attorneys in complex civil litigation and transactional matters. That experience continues to inform her design practice—shaping an approach defined by an ability to manage multifaceted projects with discretion and confidence.
Alongside her legal career, Jennifer cultivated a lifelong passion for art, architecture, and interiors. Her work reflects a deep respect for craftsmanship, classical form, and natural materials, always interpreted through the lens of how her clients live today. Thoughtful and highly collaborative with her clients, she is known for bringing experience and sense of calm to the design process.
Today, Jennifer specializes in full-service residential design across Virginia and the Carolinas, partnering with clients who value timeless design, careful execution, and an elevated yet livable result.
